Mr Georgios Georgadakis Mr George Georgadakis is the GM of the Hellenic Cosmetic, Toiletry & Perfumery Association (PSVAK) since 2016. He has been a member of the Board and Technical Committees of the Hellenic Detergents & Soaps Association (SEVAS) in the period 2004-2015. From that position he has positively contributed to regulatory frame of the Detergents and Chemicals sector in Greece.
He has worked for 23 years for Henkel Group. Till the end of 2015, he was the Head of R&D & Regulatory Laundry & Home Care products in Henkel Hellas, supporting Products technical Dossiers and contacts with competent Authorities. He was in parallel the Sustainability Corporate Coordinator in Greece and Cyprus. He is experienced in Supply Chain for Chemical industry and Retail sectors, with focus on Organizational and Operational processes, Business Intelligence and Process Reengineering, Clients & Consumers Complaints Management, Exports and Outsourcing processes management. He coordinated Sustainability in Laundry, Cosmetics and Adhesives with his 20-years expertise on ISO Management Systems (Quality 9001, Environment 14001, OHSAS 18001) holding auditing qualifications.
Prior to joining Henkel, he had more than 10 years of experience in Consultancy services (supporting SME’s on Organizational & Operational issues and Design & Implementation of Information Systems) and in Technical Sales field (raws for chemical industries).
He holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (thesis at Petrochemical industry -1979) and has Post graduate studies in Business Administration, in Technical education sector and in Management of Biotechnological Systems.
