Hilarie Sutlieff Hilarie Sutlieff graduated with an Operational Research degree from Lancaster University. She has worked in OR groups at British Gas, a London consultancy company, BAA and CAA before joining British Airways. At BA she has supported airport planning, manpower planning and more recently Fuel, Environment and Engineering clients. OR projects have a significant level of analysis but also combine business understanding, problem solving and change management.
