Iro Melliou Iro Melliou is the Human Resources Director of Vodafone Greece. She joined Vodafone Greece in 2016 as Head of the Centers of Expertise of the Human Resources Division. During this time she successfully led the design and implementation of initiatives concerning the development of digital skills for the company, as well as the promotion of diversity and integration. Iro, contributed decisively to the positioning of Vodafone Greece among the top 20 employers in the country. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a Masters Degree in Management Learning at the University of Lancaster. Prior to joining Vodafone, she worked in the Human Resource Advisory Services Sector in a multinational consulting firm.
